Christopher Hart, a Ph.D. candidate in Dr. Soheila Karimi‘s lab, has received the 2018 Hilary Kaufman Lerner Memorial Fund from the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences. This award is given to top research trainees/residents who work on demyelinating conditions. The award is valued at $3000, to be spent on research in multiple sclerosis. This award was established in 2017 and Arsalan Alizadeh, also from Dr. Karimi’s lab, won the award that year.
